value(x)™ Practitioner Accreditation Program (Workscape)

Develop an accredited practice to guide meaningful conversations about value in the context of workscapes

This program is a capability journey for practitioners to be able to confidently help individuals understand, articulate and act on the value they contribute, claim or create in their workscape. As a practitioner you seek to enable clarity, ownership and agency in decision-making, and want practical tools to host value-based conversations with those you serve.

A key milestone on the capability journey is achieving official practitioner accreditation. (There is ongoing learning and community after achieving accreditation.)

Note: This program is designed for independent and small business practitioners who work directly with individuals. This is not for internal HR or L&D roles, who might consider the Teach-the-Coach Value Exchange Ledger™ program.

What accreditation enables you to do

As a value(x) Accredited Practitioner, you can:
  • Deliver 1:1 coaching sessions using value(x)™ Workscape methods 
  • Use value(x)™ Workscape methods inside your own services and offers 
  • Market services and offers that are based on value(x)™ method 

What the capability journey covers

The focus of this program is  Workscape (Employee) context. It is a prerequisite of this program that you have solid coaching experience.

A. Learn by doing

Online sessions with Creator, Helen Palmer for an inital set of three core methods:

Session 1: VX Ledger™ Coaching Experience (75 min)
Experience the Workscape Value Exchange Ledger™ method as a coachee, exploring your own value dynamics in a real workscape situation.

Session 2: Teach-the-Coach on VX Ledger™ method (75 min)
Learn the methods, ethics, and facilitation strategies to guide others. Receive advice and insights on framing questions, handling sensitivities, and linking insights to action. Explore your questions on positioning this method in your services.

Session 3: Value Creation Planning (VCP) Coaching Experience (60 min)
Experience the Workscape Value Creation Planning method as a coachee, exploring your own value creation intentions in a real workscape situation.

Session 4: Teach-the-Coach on VCP method (45 min)
Learn the methods, ethics, and facilitation strategies to guide others. Receive advice and insights on framing questions, handling sensitivities, and linking insights to action. Explore your questions on positioning this method in your services.

Session 5: Value Proposition Statement (VPS) Coaching Experience (60 min)
Experience the Workscape Value Exchange Ledger™ method as a coachee, exploring your own value dynamics in a real workscape situation.

Session 6: Teach-the-Coach on VPS method (45 min)
Learn the methods, ethics, and facilitation strategies to guide others. Receive advice and insights on framing questions, handling sensitivities, and linking insights to action. Explore your questions on positioning this method in your services.

B. Deepen your understanding

Digest all the Workscape context articles and resources on this website to familiarise self with what is available to utilise and to prepare to demonstrate your knowledge to Helen.

C. Accreditation conversation

In a 60-min conversation with Helen, respond to her questions with your own insights and stories to demonstrate concept integrity around a list of core concepts.

D. Formalise B2B arrangements

Review and sign a B2B Agreement with terms and conditions for utilising the accrediation status in the context of a small business.

What is gained

Once accredited, you will:

  • Be listed on this website as an accredited practitioner with a short bio, photo and links to your website
  • Receive a value(x)™ Accredited Practitioner badge to use in your own marketing and delivery activity
  • Receive bundle of approved value(x)™ branded collateral for use in marketing and delivery content

  • Receive a complimentary starter set of three Workscape Value Element cards (printed)

  • Be invited to an annual pracitioner gathering for peer-sharing and practice updates
  • Be invited to influence and shape future value(x)™ content and methods

What is practically involved

  • Six sessions (online) spread over two to three months with time for reflection between learning and practice
  • Sessions scheduled directly with Helen to suit mutual availability
  • Recieving a set of physical set of Workscape Value Element cards, or access to digital card playroom if preferred
