Teach-the-Coach Workscape VX Ledger™ Program
Equip self to guide others through the Workscape Value Exchange Ledger™ method
Coaching works best when people feel supported to notice what truly shapes their working life.
This two-part program gives coaches and team leaders a simple, human way to help others explore the value they give, get, and create in their workscapes. You begin by doing the Workscape version of the Value Exchange Ledger™ method yourself, with an experienced guide, then learn how to guide someone else through it with clarity and care.
The result is a practical skill you can bring straight into your coaching conversations, helping people uncover insights that feel real and useful.

“The Value Exchange Ledger method has been a fun, useful and insightful approach to introduce to our team leads. There were many light bulb moments in the useful teaching-to-coaching conversations with Helen. We are already seeing positive impact in our teams from applying the approach. In fact, they are initiating conversations using this method. So much to value!”
~ Svetlana Khalif, Director, Learning & Teaching Operations, Monash University
